JAY STACK & RAY DIETRICH
In 2019, Ray Dietrich and Jay Stack teamed up with one idea in mind: to create a custom home building and remodeling company that would incorporate their shared principled values on quality and customer service. As a 25 year veteran in the HVAC field, and as the owner of Air Technical Services, Ray saw the need to expand his Plumbing and Heating and Air business on the island to include building and remodeling. Jay, with his 30 years of varied building experience was the perfect fit to complement Ray’s established company and seasoned expertise to help create LBI Coastal Builders.
Jay Stack
Jay grew up summering on LBI and was a Long Beach Township lifeguard for years. He has been in the residential building business for 30 years as a high-end custom home builder, a VP of Construction for a large national builder, and, most recently, the GM of a building company on the island. His background in building encompasses all aspects of the business from hands-on experience in the field to sales and marketing to management.
Ray Dietrich
Ray has been in the building and mechanical industry for the past 25 years servicing small, mid-size, and million-dollar homes. As a young man, he worked in the family business with his father, a tough-as-nails mentor who taught Ray to be a perfectionist. Hard work and great business ethics were daily lessons. Ray has called Manahawkin and Long Beach Island his home for most of his life. Ray believes there is nothing more satisfying than working and creating works of art in his community.
