LBI Coastal Builders was created to offer the best experience in new home building as well as home renovations on Long Beach Island. We specialize in new home construction, kitchen and bathroom renovations and interior and exterior remodeling. Some of our most recent projects include bedroom and bath additions, converting unused deck space into office and bedroom space, installing elevators, house raising, new decks and much more. LBI Coastal Builders also offer a very unique customer experience that differs from any on Long Beach Island. We offer a secure online construction project management platform called CoConstruct. This platform provides the homeowner with daily progress reports and pictures of their new build or renovation every step of the way. It allows our clients to approve change orders, track invoices, view the project schedule and communicate with all of our team members on a daily basis.
Jay Stack
Jay grew up summering on LBI and was a Long Beach Township lifeguard for years. He has been in the residential building business for 30 years as a high-end custom home builder, a VP of Construction for a large national builder, and, most recently, the GM of a building company on the island. His background in building encompasses all aspects of the business from hands-on experience in the field to sales and marketing to management.
