THE SEASHORE OPEN HOUSE TOUR IS VIRTUAL THIS YEAR
For more than 50 years, the LBIF hosts a wonderful event called the Annual Seashore Open House Tour where guests are invited to tour six exquisite homes that capture the history of LBI and its renowned architecture. Featuring houses chosen for their unique style, lush landscaping, dynamic interior decor, and sustainable building.
This year, the 2020 Seashore Open House Tour is 100% virtual. There will be two online sessions that are specifically designed to provide real insight about this year’s homes and gardens. The sessions will be live and interactive enabling you to ask YOUR questions. The Special Edition of the House Tour Guide is available at the LBI Foundation and at selected points of distribution and is integrated into the presentation.

Richard Aitken as they provide their insight and knowledge about defining, designing and building a “dream home”. Both sessions will be live virtual presentations and interactive. The Special Edition of the House Tour Guide is available at the LBIF and at selected points of distribution and is integrated into the presentation. Purchase of a ticket includes access to both virtual Zoom events.

- Wednesday, August 5, 10:00am – 11:00am (VIA ZOOM ONLY): Interior and exterior decorator Kristin Nissen of Between the Sheets will be live with landscapers Don Brown and Paul Quattrocchi to help people understand the blending of indoor and outdoor living.
